After much contact and always a quick response, I decided to buy a battery pack and switch to Awesome Energy. After transferring the money and switching to Awesome Energy, it's been dead silent. No battery, no installer available, and you can't reach Awesome Energy's supplier either. The email with the invoice includes a customer service number that only works for charging stations. Scammers and/or losers, I don't know. But I feel pretty ripped off by a: Day to Day Battery and b: Awesome Energy!

Ordered a home battery from Day to Day. Paid, then a technician came by to take measurements. Now I've been waiting for months for them to install the battery. If you try to call, you can't get through, and emails go unanswered. The installer doesn't answer the phone either. I wouldn't do business with this company.

Very satisfied with the battery installation. The information was poor. They've been difficult to reach by phone for weeks. They don't respond to emails. When I call, they say the cashback will be transferred. This has been the case since the end of June, but I haven't seen any payment yet. You're being strung along. Consider seeking legal assistance.

Just received an unsolicited call from this party (which is illegal in itself). They're telling me this isn't allowed from call centers, but "she's calling on behalf of an installation company, so it was allowed," which is of course nonsense. I've reported it to the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). Incidentally, they'd be better off investing in a better phone line.

FRAUD. Daytodaybattery.nl wanted to sell me a home battery. But they wanted to transfer €500 first. Luckily, I didn't. The address is also incorrect, and the intermediary's phone number has also been disconnected. No Chamber of Commerce number is available. And the National Heat Fund doesn't do business with third parties. AGAIN, DAYTODAYBATTERY.NL IS FRAUD.
